~ Ground floor Suite: 125 Euros per night B&B - up to 4 guests
~ Bedroom 1: 1st floor: King size bed. 89 Euros per night B&B
~ Bedroom 2: 1st floor: Twin single beds: 89 Euros per night B&B
- Bedroom 3: 2nd floor: Double bed. 59 Euros per night B&B
- Bedroom 4: 2nd floor: 59 Euros per night for B&B

Single occupancy in any room: as above -10%


SELF CATERING RATES

Ground floor Suite only: to accommodate up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom and a sofabed: 500 Euros per week fully inclusive

Ground floor Suite plus 4 other Bedrooms: 1400 Euros per week

Christmas Week: 2200 Euros fully inclusive for up to 12 guests
New Year Week: 2200 Euros fully inclusive for up to 12 guests


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

~ Folding Bed: children under 7 sleeping in
parent's room 20 Euros, breakfast included

~ Evening Meal/Tables D'Hotes at our Family Table subject to availability, by prior arrangement:
Six courses - 25 Euros per person,
including an aperitif, local cider or wine plus a digestif
-12 Euros for children under 10

DEPOSIT REFUNDS GIVEN IF ACCOMMODATION IS CANCELLED UP TO 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THEREAFTER ONLY IF ACCOMMODATION IS REBOOKED, LESS ANY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES INCURRED IN REBOOKING.
